Fan duct dedicated to the Two Trees Sapphire Pro 3D printer and original 4010 centrifugal fans. This is a low-profile air channel that improves material cooling and print quality by directing the airflow directly below the nozzle. It is recommended to use a silicone sock for hotend due to the short distance between the fan duct and the hotend. The attached STL file is a left side part of cooling. The right side part of the cooling part is a mirror image that must be made in the slicer program. Pay attention to the correct settings of the slicer when making bridges of the upper wall of the channel. Bridging along the longer side is recommended. Walls thickness 0.8mm. Layer height 0.2mm. Infill 50%. Recommended material PETG or ABS. Enjoy!
