This is a hotend cable holder. The main handle can be connected to one of two cable clamps. One of them is the M4 screw holes, and the next two pins. If you choose mounting on M4 screws, you must make the thread yourself in the main holder. I used a screw tap. Finally, close all cables with the latch.
