This mount is for older version of Sailfin (remix) extruder: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5135793. I say 'older' as it appears that current versions lacks horizontal through hole. IMO it's a regression as I think this mounting option makes a solid not over-constrained connection, good for fast printing moves. Because of dimensional variation a vertical mounting hole, on the left side (opposite to horizontal hole) needs to be drilled once extruder is screwed for a threaded insert. At least two button head screws required for mounting the adapter to the carriage (they go underneath the extruder). Extruder should fit snugly between vertical protrusions. Use a file to enlarge the opening. STEP file is included.
