If you are getting these ripples in the Y-direction at certain speeds, here is an easy solution. You only need 2 M3-screws and 1 M3-nut. Attach the part as shown in the last picture, the screw exactly in the middle indicates its position (you need to detach the hotend, remove the nearest of the 4 cooling-block screws, attach the part using a longer screw, reattach the hotend, attach the remaining M3 screw with the nut from the front). Photo 4 shows the view from behind. You see how the part is attached to the front, you don't see how it is attached to the top of the hotend (one screw is replaced by a longer one attaching this part). This significantly reduces vibration.
