To be Tsyir is to submit mind, body and soul to the Lord. This includes individuality, and only the Children of Heaven are permitted to retain an individual identity. All other servants of the Lord may differentiate themselves only by status of Angelic Devotion, and choice of arms! As such, the Status of Sar is akin to a military status of Field Officer or Chief. This status is earned through service to Her, and proven through acts of devotion in Her name, Her presence, and Her honor. The second set of wings is an honor bestowed to only the most devout of Angels! When they descend to Creation they change their presence to awe and instill Fear of the Divine
