I doubt many people will have a need for this, but here it is anyway. I ended up with a 30 gallon gas caddy from Amazon, and the quality was less than ideal. I wanted to replace the flimsy plastic gas cap with a proper one, and, needed to adapt it to use an electric pump. The threads were an odd design, so I designed a simple collar adapter that would go over the threads (the threads bite into the ring), and allow a proper threaded gas cap to be installed. Similar situation for the suction tube. Used a rubber cork to make the seal (with the hose adapter running through it), and printed a plastic cap to secure everything in place. (again the threads bite into the cap) This is related to the following YouTube project video: https://youtu.be/gfoxxnql4nM NOTE: MUST BE PRINTED WITH A GASOLINE RESISTANT PLASTIC (I used PETG) Printed 100%, with a bit of flame treating to get rid of stringing. Large wrench to install over existing threads, and, to thread in the gas cap.
