SETTINGS... Slicer: Dremel 3D cloud Settings: Standard ECO-ABS or better Rotation: Rotate part on the build plate so no supports are generated Material: Hatchbox ABS Adhesion method: Glue (glue stick) Build Plate Temp: 80c Extruder Temp: 240c Other filament materials may be used however this design has been created using ABS. Fit and function may be impacted due to the characteristics of untested materials. Be patient and put your Dremel removable build plate in the freezer or fridge or just let it cool, parts will pop off with no aggression required :) Spool holder design allows for third party standard filament spools to be mounted to the Dremel 3D 45 internal spool housing. WARNING: Ensure that the retainer bolt is fully secured before printer operation. Protrusion could interfere with the build plate Z-Axis motion and potentially damage your printer. Prints are not necessarily in the correct build position, orient them so that no supports are generated even if supports are selected in the slicer software. None of these parts require supports or rafts if properly set on the build surface. Features...
