*** SAFETY NOTE *** Fire is dangerous if used irresponsibly! SARRF is to be used only in very safe and controlled outdoor settings by trained professionals for the application of responsibly starting fires from a safe distance. I am not responsible for any accidents, incidents, injuries, or hurt feelings caused by the irresponsible use of SARRF. In fact, just don't download this and definitely don't print it and never ever even think about using it. *** END OF SAFETY NOTE *** Anyway, It's pretty straightforward what this is - pull back the slider until it clicks into place, place a match in front of the slider with the head positioned just behind the striker pads, aim carefully, bump the rear of the slider up with your thumb, and match goes pew! I used three layers of double-sided foam tape as cushion on each side beneath where the striker pads go for the right amount of cushion (refer to the photos to see what I mean). Don't stick the striker pad to the foam tape directly, leave the outer sticky surface covered. SARRF is designed so that you can progressively pull the striker pads through the slots to expose fresh striking surface as needed. You'll also need a relatively beefy rubber band but not too beefy or stuff will break.
