Satyrs Hunting Wild Animals

Here, two satyrs kneel to attack wild animals in a hunt. The central slabs show a lion savaging a deer. This peculiar piece has the stylistic choice to represent the animals at the same scale, to fit each animal into the size of the slab. A similar slab, found in recent excavations and in the same style, is held in the Antalya Museum.
