Sauropod feet for furniture

This is a replacement of the feet of an old forniture that was (and is) holding a big cathode ray tube TV of nearly 40 kg. The original feet were plastic wheels, that, of course, were deformed and broken by the weight of the TV after years of use. These models were made using 3D models of real fossils from two different sauropods: the classic Morrison formation early macronarian Camarasaurus, and the relatively newly discovered Argentinian Notocolossus. Both sauropod are related, but no so close taxonomically nor chronologically. The relationship between these sauropod is comparable with the relationship between us and early primates. However, the structure of the feet and manus does not change drastically between sauropods. The adaptation with the forniture leg was designed with SolidWorks and merged and processed using Microsoft 3D Builder
