*EDIT : I'm putting this on WIP because I noticed that when the model is sliced on Cura the hands are cut off, and I think there are some other problems in the mesh. Right now I think if printed the result would be kind of bad so I'll fix it as soon as I can and update here. I finally salvaged one of my first ever models I made back in 2015. This one is based on one of my drawings, a kind of primal/savage huntress raised in the wilds. The original model was really lowpoly, so I changed that, added some details and made the spear with parts from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3491574 and https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3372370. I also used the hands from one of mz4250's female models (the original hands were terrible) and his "medium creature" base. She's in the 28mm scale if you want to add her to your D&D game!
