Just a quick tweak in 3D builder. One slice and duplicate of the back half, one cylinder added to seal holes and create a middle ridge. Boosts width for turning control, adds an extra hole for a second finger, or optional overhand grip over the two holes instead of inside is now possible with the included bump. I would seal the print lines with glossy coat, thick gloss paint, or seal it with a flame or heat to help close up micro gaps where germs can reside. And then wash or spray with alcohol after use. Edit: It's an intriguing concept, but in practice it's a bit clumsy. Also round door handles for twisting are a challenge this doesn't quite meet.
