Sax and clarinet reed holder

I added a built-in clip to replace the rubber band in the original holder. Also I scaled up the design to make versions for alto and tenor sax reeds. V2 update: I added 8% to the width of the sax holders to allow for expansion of cane reeds when they get wet. The first version is a bit tight. The clarinet holder is fine as is.
