I created my own sorting box system, inspired by many other designs. The hinge is crafted from lengths of 1.75 filament. Various inserts are possible... You'll need support at the latch construction on both the box and the lid. Initially, I will upload a 150 x 105 mm format in three different heights: 20, 25, and 30 mm. The lid file remains the same for all heights. I designed it with FreeCAD; it's somewhat scalable, but my FreeCAD skills are limited or the software itself is buggy, so altering the size can be challenging. However, you may try it!
