Igus bearing hole size is 16mm after shrinkage it fits my 15.8mm Igus bearing perfectly. There is a 1mm gap for clamping onto the bearing so there is pressure applied which is needed for Igus bearings to work properly other wise you will have small amount of wiggle from the bearing on the 8mm smooth rod. Also allows for space on the drive belt side by having a low profile side. Print using ABS or PETG so there is no deforming if you decide to enclose your printer at a later date. PLA can be used and will work perfectly fine. Use M4 bolt and nuts (hole size 4.2mm) Diagram shown for the standard LM8UU block that the design is based off. The double Igus bearing block has a 50mm gap to centers (outside holes). This design fits my Anet A8 and also E3D printed hotend. Designed in Google Sketchup design files included.
