So you bought these plastic bearings and they will not fit in your blocks? I hate when that happens. My RJMP-01-08 are 25mm long, 16mm OD. This is a remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1533880 -- modified in 3 ways: 1. Has tight ID of 16mm, instead of the rather loose 16.5mm 2. Shortened the housing to 28mm, short as possible 3. Made a wire-style retainer holes, removing the need for an internal clip Used 22awg copper wire as a retainer. The 2nd pair of holes is to hide the ends. This is a lot like the another remix of the same thing: by CaptainMoore: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2155440 That one is a little longer, 30mm, the same length as the original housings on my A8, and uses a conventional inside "snap-ring" retainer, or E-clip. Printing: No special instructions. You may need to adjust the Horizontal Expansion on your slicer, and/or reduce the flow rate if you find it impossible to assemble. Should be oriented standing up with the smaller, stopper-hole on the plate. The 160 version has a diameter of 16.0mm -- very tight fit. The 161 version has a diameter of 16.1mm -- more reasonable fit.
