SC8UU replacement for IGUS Drylin RJ4JP-01-08 (LM8UU)

<p>I wanted to upgrade my LM8UU to IGUS Drylin.<br/> First attempt was to just swap LM8UU in the existing aluminium SC8UU by IGUS Drylin RJ4JP-01-08.<br/> Result was a lot of bearing clearance.<br/> According to datasheet, the IGUS drylin bearings need to go to a percision machined hole setting a certain preload.</p> <p>I looked for some printable SC8UU replacement with possible good preloading / clamping.<br/> Found nothing applying force on all circumference. I didn't just want to clamp the IGUS drylins in one direction.<br/> Here is what I came up with.</p> <p>Already in place for the X - Axis on my Anet A8; no play in X Axis any more.<br/> Can be adjusted by mounting screws.<br/> The four in the picture are to go to the Y Axis.</p> <p>Needs 4 screws M4x25, a nut M4 and a IGUS Drylin RJ4JP-01-08 each.</p> <p>Can be combined with printed bearings also:<br/> <a href="/make:427051">https://www.thingiverse.com/make:427051</a></p> <p>Designed with onshape; source link:<br/> <a href="https://cad.onshape.com/document-redirect.html?d=/documents/265813617707d1c56544b1b5/w/78a7bb831d00a2f2c1d3a28e">https://cad.onshape.com/document-redirect.html?d=/documents/265813617707d1c56544b1b5/w/78a7bb831d00a2f2c1d3a28e</a></p> <p>Original inner diameter is 15.1<br/> Just added two more stl with inner diameter 15.5 and 16.0 - untested and not yet printed.
