An axe head to be printed in TPU and mounted on a rattan handle for use as a weapon on SCA combat. I printed using Duramic Black TPU from amazon at 225C using a 0.6mm nozzle and 0.4mm layer lines. I sliced with 4 walls (2.4mm) and 25% to 50% gyroid infill, and no layer cooling to optimize layer adhesion. I cut the stringing off with a set of flush cutters.
