Scalable DIY Shelf

Scalable DIY Shelf

A set of components designed for creating shelves of various dimensions. I created this collection because I needed a shelf for the kids' room, but couldn't find anything suitable in terms of color and size. I also aimed to use pre-made wooden parts from local stores without having to modify them. Parts List for this project: To print: (I used PETG with 40% infill and 3 perimeters with a 0.3mm nozzle) + 4x Leg (with supports) + 1x LegCenter (with supports) + 4x Mid (with supports) + 4x MidJoint (with supports) + 4x Top (with supports) + 6x LowerThrust_dual (no supports) + 6x UpperThrust_left (supports for the first 3 layers) + 6x UpperThrust_right (supports for the first 3 layers) To buy: + 4x 1000mm x 500mm x 16mm boards + 4x 1000mm x d30mm bars + 4x 500mm x d30mm bars + 12x 500mm d15mm bars + M4 30mm screws and nuts + Lots of wood screws Important! The inner hole diameter for the mounts is 28.65mm, and 14.40mm for thrusts. If you need exact sizes (30mm and 15mm), download ExactSizes.zip archive. Alternatively, you can scale STLs or modify .STEP files from StepFiles.zip. All parts attach to boards, so you can create a shelf of any size depending on board size. You can choose not to install the diagonal 15mm thrusts, but then the shelf will be slightly unstable. I spent 2kg of filament with the settings mentioned above. Keep this in mind if you want to go with higher density or perimeter count.
