A set of parts to create shelves of different sizes. I created this set because I needed a shelf to the kid's room, but I did not find anything suitable in color and size. I also wanted to use ready-made wooden parts from local store without having to modify them. Parts List for this project: >To print: (I used PETG with 40% infill and 3 perimeters with 0.3mm nozzle) + 4x Leg (with supports) + 1x LegCenter (with supports) + 4x Mid (with supports) + 4x MidJoint (with supports) + 4x Top (with supports) + 6x LowerThrust_dual (no supports) + 6x UpperThrust_left (supports for first 3 layers) + 6x UpperThrust_right (supports for first 3 layers) >To buy: + 4x 1000mm x 500mm x 16mm boards + 4x 1000mm x d30mm bars + 4x 500mm x d30mm bars + 12x 500mm d15mm bars + M4 30mm screws and nuts + Lots of wood screws IMPORTANT! Inner hole diameter for the mouns is 28.65mm and 14.40 for thrusts. If you need exact sizes (30mm and 15mm) download ExactSizes.zip archive. As alternative you can scale STLs or modify .STEP files from StepFiles.zip All parts attaches to boards, so you can make shelf of any size depending on board size. You can choose not to install the diagonal 15mm thrusts but then the shelf will be a bit wobbly. I spent 2kg of filament with setting mentioned above. Keep that in mind if want to go with higher density or perimeter count.
