Those parts are meant to be screws on the side of the Heatbed to hide the insulator of the machine. You will find the corners compatible with both Scalar M and Scalr XL 3D printers Beds: Scalar_HeatbedCorner.stl And ScalarM_HeatbedFront.stl which is meant to be placed on the front and back of the Scalar M printer. The sides and front covers for the Scalar XL are to come very soon.
