Scale 1/10th RC Car Trailer

1/10th trailer to fit 1/10th RC touring cars and some small RC crawlers. Tray dimension is 211 x 486mm. It is cut so that it can be printed on a standard Prusa MK2/MK3 or larger bed, biggest part is 235 x 209mm. Contains: framing kit, 2 parts rims with hubs, wheel guards, cantilever arm, leaf spring system, light holder and covers for 5mm leds, Wyllis style hook ... etc... you need to provide: M4 thread rods and 8mm axle housing pipes, some wood boards (or anything you want to use as floor) as well as some M3 and M2 bolts, 8 off MR104 bearings (4x10x4mm), a 6mm drill bit stopper and the tires (rims are 48mm). I have a few RC boat spares laying around so I used 2 RC boat M4 propeller shaft with their housing, 8mm pipe as wheel axles. You can make your own out of 8mm OD pipe and 4 mm thread rods, you will need to make some sort of sleeve so that the thread rod is held in the center of the housing. the housing length is 259mm, the shaft length is 274mm. The standby wheel and its fork are coming from an old K7 tape player so I redrawed something similar that can be printed. Again I used RC boat prop shaft and housing as axle but M3 this time, there is a propeller drive dog on top of assembly on which the Handle wheel stand get glued on. You can probably make something more simple with just a M3 thread rod and the provided Stand Wheel Column part. It need a 6mm drill bit stopper as collet to lock the wheel stand up or down. The stopper height should be 8mm. It uses a M5 bolt as grub screw, I drilled and tapped the screw head to add a handle. I use slotted aluminum extrusions so as to put more fastening points along the wheel track and the yellow anchor points are frame hanger, I found both items from the local hardware store. There is a printable hook provided, you can make one out of 4mm welding rod as I did but PLA strength should be plenty as long as you don't go down this ravine with full throttle! Please make sure to post your Make and give it a like if you feel so. Many thanks. EDIT 31/07/19: Revised parts file Axle lower mount V2 (x4) and Suspension spring V2 (x4). Spring are slightly shorter and more curved, suspension tandem link run smother with these parts. Removed part Wheel guard (x2) and replaced by parts Wheel guard right and Wheel guard left, they are symmetrical parts excepted that the center mounting hole position is of center, no pb if you already printed the old file just drill the hole after print as I did.
