Scallion Sprouter (Mason Jar)

This scallion sprout holder is designed to hold up to four green onions in a standard mason jar. The extra openings are to drain the water every few days to keep the water fresh. Simply add water and green onions (with the root side down in the water). The onions will grow new green onion shoots which you can snip off and use in your cooking. Green onions, cut in thin rings, make a great topping to many dishes.
