Scalpel / Marking Knife Handle V1

Scalpel / Marking Knife Handle V1

thingiverse

This is my first iteration of a marking knife for my woodshop. I took inspiration from Matt Estlea's wooden knife (https://knifeupdates.mattestlea.com/) but wanted one I could easily 3D print. This version has two parts - a body with a screw-thread blade holder and a ferrule that tightens down on the blade to hold it secure. I am using the Swann-Morten 01 Scalpel blade as it is a double bevel, sharp as anything, strong and cheap to replace.
