Scalpel Protector - Swann-Morton

This is a scalpel protector I modelled in Fusion 360 and printed from PLA. This is a tight fit, so the protector/cap doesn't fall off accidentally. You might need to trim the inside edges of the protector a little with the scalpel to ensure a perfect fit. I have successfully printed these protectors from PLA and PETG. PETG tends to expand a little bit more than PLA, so be prepared to trim the edges of the protector a bit more to ensure a good fit. Print upright (orientation of stl in the file). Use a brim if the print won't stick to the build plate otherwise. Layer height: 0.15. Print time: 15 min
