This design was crafted using Featurecam. If you decide to make one, please share your experience in the comments section and any constructive feedback would be greatly valued. The accompanying .FM file is a featurecam file that can be easily edited for machining or modification purposes as needed. Note that this sprocket design is based on inches rather than metric measurements. After printing, simply drill and tap a set screw or roll pin hole to secure it to the shaft.
