Scanned 3D Female Hand

In order to develop an accurate and functional prosthetic hand, I scanned the right hand of a very helpful hand model. Being a user of a left hand prosthetic, her right hand was scanned in order to strive for closely matching realism through the development process. This is a scanned hand of a 5'9" tall young adult female. The dimensions are roughly accurate to within 1cm - 0.5cm. The finger tips came out a little rough due to reflections caused by nail polish. I've also fixed up the holes with geomagics. I hope this scan will be of use to you. A higher resolution raw data versions exists, but are riddled with holes caused by difficulties in the 3D scanning process. Though the 3D scanned hand model is relatively accurate, these were the measurements I took down physically with a tape measure for reference.
