Scanner Holder

Scanner Holder

I designed this to hold the new USPS scanners. It is worth noting that I've seen this type of scanner used other places as well, so if you need one, here ya go! I hate how often my uniform has a tendency to get caught up in my scanner holder, and the angle never really felt right. So, I adjusted it so that it sits at a 45 degree angle. I'm using TPU on an ender 3. You can set yours to infill as much as you feel comfortable, personally I plan to use mine for a while so I set mine to 100%. Additionally, if you have an ender 3, you may understand the struggle I've had getting tpu to print right. -Disable retraction -I adjusted my line height in cura to be 0.05 lower than what it should be, I did the same thing with the wall distance. -I do recommend using a larger nozzle, I'm using a 0.8, otherwise the prints take forever and a day. The results are stable prints that don't shred apart, though I always make sure to up the amount of material used. Our jobs are hard enough, if this helps you even a little, I'm glad I could be of aid.
