According to their white paper (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2686534/), the models were constructed from 2 mm interval MRI images of a male volunteer. I fixed up some non-printable surfaces using Meshmixer, rotated it to the best orientation for a good balance of quality and strength. Large features and landmarks on the bone are easily identifiable, but smaller details may not be visible. These models can be printed on 8" x 8" x 8" or 200mm x 200mm x 200mm 3D printers.
