Scary Ghost RGB Pixel Prop (with supports)

Yet another singing prop for 12mm RGB pixels. This time a ghost; a very scary ghost! It is built such that there is a 2mm wide border along the edges of the pieces to a hight of 10mm and the thickness of each piece 6mm. The pieces are quite strong at 6mm. Each part is labeled with an identifier on the front face that is recessed 2mm into the part. This is a "remix" of the original scary ghost prop. As was suggested, I added supports to the prop as it is quite large. This does add 5 more pieces to print! I believe the supports detract from the appearance of the prop, but hopefully that only occurs during day light. I considered some angular bracing on the supports that are "T" shapped, but decided against it as it would detract further. If you find this bracing is needed, let me know. Much of the prop hasn't changed. The parts that did change and will need to be reprinted if you decided to add the supports are: 3, 6, 7, 13, 14, 16, 22, and 28. This zip file contains the STL to make the ghost shown in the Assembly picture. The ghost is about 1373mm tall and 1555mm wide (54" tall and 62" wide). All the parts will fit on an Ender 5 pro bed. The ghost holds 218 pixels. There are a total of 45 pieces. There are two test pieces included to set up your printer and don't attach to the prop. Printer: I have been printing in PLA+. I'll have to see if it holds up outdoors! I use CURA (v4.80) as my slicer. I set the "Horizontal Expansion" setting to -0.21mm. This allows for a snug fit for the joints. This setting works for my printer. I suggest you print the test pieces to make sure it works for yours. Assembly: Please use the two Assembly pictures to see how to put it together. "Assembly" is just a picture of the final prop. "Assembly 1" labels each part. At the time of writting this text file, I have not completely printed the entire tree. So before you print it, I can't say the parts all go together and I can't say it will be perfect! I probably won't be printing this prop as I don't do a Halloween show, but I enjoy making these 3d objects and share with everyone. Kinda my way to give back to the community. Thank you for looking at or even attempting to print this. I would be interested in any feedback. I will try to get an Xmodel defined at some point. Enjoy. *** Changes *** 5/22/2021 - Created a custom model for XLights. It is in the zip file.
