Sch40 Elbow Cutting Jig. Made for my Personal Needs. If you print it please leave my brand on it as a gesture of good will. suits 1.5"ID, 2.25CLR Weld Els, Steam Pipe Bends or what ever they are called in your area. Stop holes may need drilling to suit 1.6mm Tig Wire as mine ended up a bit tight on the holes. The Holes are 10Deg Increments. Fit Tig Wire, Slide Elbow around to stop, clamp and cut protruding pipe along edge of jig using a band saw. Wahlah Alignment holes use 6mm rod I used 20% infill and it seems to hold up. Adjust infill to suit yourself
