Scherrzither (German kind of a Drone Zither)

This is a CNC project. I play the Scherrzither since a few years and i wanted to build one by myself. So i searched the Web, wondering if there were already published building Instructions by someone. Nope... no instructions... even no Models! So i made my own Design in FreeCAD. At present i have made a "dirty-hack" version to check if my CAD-Version of the Scherrzither is working in real life. so far it looks good! The Fretboard is accurate so far but I'm searching for a better alternative for the Frets. I used 1mm iron sheet from a PC-Housing, but it's too sharp-edged.
