Schlaboratory Oh-Two Wrench for Oxygen Regulator

Schlaboratory Oh-Two Wrench for Oxygen Regulator

thingiverse

Oxygen tank regulators require a simple wrench to open and close the valve. This wrench can do that and has some fail-safe redundancy in multiple slots. Useful for Fire / EMS or people who use home oxygen for respiratory therapy. I don't have an oxygen cylinder handy at home, but I will take a photo or two of the wrench being used. Testing of original design proves that it is up to task of turning regulator valve, but can easily be over torqued and destroyed. Version 2 included with features tighter tolerances and more material around the spanner bit. I recommend that these be printed with hex infill at least 50%. More testing to follow. Instructions I printed these with 0.25mm layer height, 2 perimeters, 25% hexagonal infill. They should be robust enough for EMS duty. I will be field testing and updating with any recommendations here.
