I sit for very long periods of time and sometimes get pain behind my thigh. I found when I can not get up to move and stretch something hard between my thigh and seat help. I found that the size and shape matter depending on the chair I'm in and the pressure I need, so here are just three sizes and shapes. I make no claim other than these help me.
