This bracket snaps on a 1/4" axle of a wheeled vehicle. It allows one to wind string around the axle in one direction for a specific number of turns, hook around this bracket, then continue winding in the opposite direction. This allows the axle to unwind until the string reaches the bracket, then unwind in the opposite direction.
