Scion tC console hinge

My car was broken into a few weeks ago and while nothing was stolen, the would be thieves did break the hinge on my console. After removing the part to look for a replacement on ebay I realized that the broken part is actually very simple, so I printed one. I mocked it up in AutoDesk Inventor and after a failed fit check I got a perfect replacement. Print Settings Printer Brand: Wanhao Printer: Wanhao Duplicator i3 V2 Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Infill: 20%-80% Notes: I designed for 80% infill but the 20% fit check part I printed is holding up just fine. This was with ABS, I did not try with PLA but I would expect that it would still work assuming you used more infill, the finished part may be brittle with PLA.
