Scooter Kickstand

Scooter Kickstand

thingiverse

Tired of my daughter's scooter scraping up my walls and creating a racket, I decided to design a kickstand to print on my MakerSelect Plus. It is four files to create five parts. In addition to the printed parts, you will need (2) 6-32 helicoils, (2) 6-32 x 3/8 screws, and (1) small spring approx. 1"x3/8". I have posted pictures of the parts that I used. I had to drill two holes in the main plate of the scooter, about 1/2" from the edge and 5/16" ctc. This matches the MOUNT file that has two holes that are sized to be tapped to accept the 6-32 helicoils. I have also included a MOUNT NO HOLES file that has no predetermined holes if you would like to use your own fastening method.
