Scope Cam Adapter

Scope Cam Adapter

thingiverse

I uploaded a Scope cam adapter a month ago that had a few flaws in the design. This design has two parts to it; the scope cam mount (that sticks to the camera) and the scope cam adapter (that slides on to the scope). I used a action camera that is able to record in 720p 120fps and has 4x digital zoom. However this is not enough and you will need a M12 focusable lens used for cctv cameras, you will need to remove the old lens. Remove the glass from the old lens and cut out a section roughly 5-6mm, screw it into the camera housing then screw in the focusable lens. As the focus wheel gets stuck. You can remove the scope Cam adapter and still use the scope without the camera mount(don't use it on a centre fire rifle unless you like having a black eye). The scope cam mount once printed is universal so long as you keep the adapter to scope mount dimensions same. I printed the adapter in 30% infill with honeycomb infill. Also the inside of the adapter may need to be sanded.
