Tool for re-installing the vane on a Scotts steering damper. This prevents the sharp edge on the shaft from sheering the seal edge when installing the Vane. I 3d printed this but it need to be sized in a lathe, the printer struggled to hold the thin wall size, I recomend just turning on a lathe out of aluminum or plastic.
