Fits the most common fishing pole holder. Pretty standard size rail. The .....mount2 file works better. Use self tapping screws to hold in place, longer ones work, there is a hole on the opposite side. I adjusted the file, the 2 holes on the side are for self tapping screws. Mounted on my boat rails and it works great. Cheers
