I made these to help quickly sort small bolts and screws. There is a metric and an imperial version. The metric version has holes for 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4,5, 6, 8 and 10mm and the graduations are 5mm for the small ticks and 10mm for the long ones. The imperial version has holes for 3/8, 5/16, 1/4, #12, #10, #18, #6, #5 and #4. The graduations are 1/8" for the small ticks, 1/16" for the medium and 1/4" for the long ones. Insert screws from the RIGHT side for the length measurement. The measurement is to the RIGHT side of the tick mark. The numbers and tick marks are embossed into the surface so you can fill them with paint for easy identification. Each took about an hour to print on my FF Creator Pro. I've uploaded the original Inventor )2015) files and STEP files for both as well as the STL's.
