Drive Medical's Blue Streak wheel chair (and probably others) have two screws on the back sides of the main wheels. Because the frame isn't completely rigid, these two screws can become caught in each other's threads when the chair is folded closed, making it difficult to open the chair again. This is a simple screw cap designed to fit over the screws and be turned onto them (to cut threads in the plastic) with a 14mm socket. One is sufficient to stop the issue, but two will keep things symmetrical.
