Screw-down Desk Port Hole Cover

Desk or cabinet porthole covers that screw down. One is for a 2 in hole diameter, and the other is for a 2 1/4 in hole diameter. They reach 1/4 in deep into the wood. I use them on both sides of the hole, so that they almost meet in the center of a 5/8 in thick board. The screw holes are countersunk so the screws sit flush with the top of the cap. The screws are #8 1/2 in with a flat head and 82 degree countersink. The SolidWorks files are easily customizable. In the equations editor, you can change the "nominal hole" diameter and "depth" variables (mm), and everything else will update automatically.
