I copy/paste the Sheet element in this FreeCAD design when I work on new projects because I saved the defaults of tolerances for my printer. You can adjust the ‘offset’ cell to suit your printer. The ‘Self Threading’ column is for holes you which to thread into the plastic. The ‘Native’ column is unchanged. The ‘Free Fit’ column is for holes where the screw should be able to just slide through smoothly.

Please Like and Follow me for design improvements.

For access to the 3D Printing Knowledgebase with troubleshooting and design education, join our monthly Ko-fi membership. https://ko-fi.com/3dpkb/tiers
