I made these clips to permanently attach to my window frames, so I can slide the lights in easily every year. The screw hole is recessed for a 1/2 inch #4 wood screw. Instructions Download and print. Pull away support material if your printer uses any. I print them so the biggest face is on the build platform. Put a 1/2" #4 wood screw through it, and screw it in! I used Alibre to design the clip.
