Screw-on umbrella holder

I used oldcyclist's magnetic umbrella holder as inspiration to create this screw-on version. It's a little more work to get installed of course, but I didn't have any magnetic walls to use. The holes are 3.5mm diameter, which worked well with the counter-sunk screws I had available.
