Screwless Cube Gears
thingiverse
In the October 30th update, I discovered that the large gear clip sockets were excessively deep, causing damage to the corners of many gears. Therefore, I modified these components in OpenSCAD, making them parametric. Additionally, I introduced an option for rounded corners, suitable for giving to small children. The center piece was also redesigned in OpenSCAD, featuring a proper clip socket profile. To facilitate assembly, all parts are arranged on a 150x150mm plate. Future plans include redesigning the gears themselves using the MCAD gear library for full parametric cube gears. Presently, the revamped design remains unprinted. After printing and assembly according to the original specifications, your new gear set is ready for use!
