Screwless Gear Sphere with Custom Logo V2 - fully printable version using Emmett's snap pins. Too many conflicting options plagued the first experimental version, making this one a simplified and optimized design that doesn't require any additional hardware. Edit(08/18/2018): A few minor changes were made to improve the design. The pinholes' orientation was switched for slightly less overhang, allowing for the possibility of printing the core without support if the printer bridges well. Additionally, rounded ends were added to the pins to prevent curling and ensure symmetry. A "Pin Set" option is now available for printing batches. The sample STL has been updated, but feel free to use the Customizer! Edit(08/19/2018): Gaps in the gears that could make it through the slicer have been fixed.
