Screwless Gear Sphere with Custom Logo V2 - fully printable version using emmett's snap pins. Too many conflicting options in the first experimental version. This one is simplified and optimised to not require additional hardware. Edit(08/18/2018): a few minor changes - switched orientation of pinholes for slightly less overhang. Might even be able to print the core without support if your printer bridges well. Also rounded ends of pins. With the sharp points, mine were curling and ended up being very asymmetric. Added "Pin Set" for printing batches. Updated sample STL, but feel free to use Customizer! Edit(08/19/2018): fixed some gaps in the gears that were big enough to make it through the slicer.
