Parametric Scroll Saw Table Insert This was originally designed for a Delta 40-540 Scroll Saw, but could be adapted to others. The current specs fit the saw snugly and after a light sanding on the top with 220-grit, it helps provide a smooth cutting surface. Two versions can be printed, one for little clearance around the blade and one for a full 45 degree tilt (make sure to adjust back 45 degrees in your printing software to print this flat). You may enter the thickness and width of your blade to accommodate different style and size blades. Check comments in the OpenSCAD file for more information on editing the original. Print Settings Rafts: No Resolution: .2 mm Infill: %15 Notes: PLA, ABS Post-Printing Lightly sand top surface with 220-grit sandpaper to meet the edge of the table. Cover in paste-wax as well if you really need less friction.
