This is a replacement scroll wheel for the Eastern Times model D-09 Mouse, commonly bought off of amazon.com. The problem with the original design is the part that fits to the rotary sensor inside the mouse is thin and will break after normal use. This part is an exact replacement, however, the Hex side that fits into the encoder was made longer to allow for better cooling times, thus more accurate shape.
