This bracket is for mounting SCT tuners for cars, trucks, and SUVs. The bracket and arm connect with a 5/16 bolt. It is held captive in one side and then uses a butterfly/wing nut to adjust it quickly. The small tab is used as a spacer to prevent your tuner from sliding off the mounting bracket should you hit some rough bumps.
